Carla Thomas on race and diversity in digital marketing

I had the opportunity to work with Builtvisible as a client a few months and I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethic. So I wasn’t surprised to see an article about race and diversity from Carla Thomas, a Content Strategy Consultant at the agency.

Putting the importance of needing to reflect a realistic society aside, from a business standpoint diversity is proven to assist with accessing new customers and diversifying a customer base. Although we still have a long way to go, the good news is that the needle on workplace diversity is shifting.

Moving into 2021 with all the information we have obtained over the past 12 months, what happens next? Where do we go as an industry?
